Currently, there are a lot of ways to improve the ethanol production. And one of them is to improve the machine instrumental scheme. The thermal treatment of grain suspension, saccharification and fermentation of the wort in the jet injection fermenter (JIF) can reduce the hardware design of the machine and production line. The implementation of this idea could not have been possible without the study of the Rheological properties of grain suspensions.
