Editorial Policy
Publishing Ethics of scientific journal Processes and Food Production Equipment – is based on the open access principle recommended by DOAJ and is aimed at publishing of scientific views and the results of fundamental and applied research concerning the issues of food technology, physico-chemical biology, and automation of food processing.
The editorial board of the Journal acts in accordance with chapter 70 the Civil Code, as well as the principles developed by Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
The submitted articles are subjected to peer-reviewing aiming at expert evaluation of importance, originality, and scientific novelty of the articles, to improve the quality of the auricles being published, and to maintain high scientific level of the Journal.
The articles accepted for publication are subjected for full editing and proof-reading free of charge. Author royalties are not paid.
The aims of the Journal is to support the sharing of scientific knowledge among leading experts and young scientists; to gain free access to full-text articles; to promote availability and openness of the Journal both in Russia and abroad; to invite leading Russian and foreign scientists to join the Editorial Board and as peer-reveres; to be included into the integrational databases; to raise the impact-factor of the Journal; to promote the Journal on Russian and international market.
An author of any residence or nationality is allowed to publish an article which has not been published earlier and is not under consideration in other journals. Articles for publication in the Journal are received on an ongoing basis.
The right of authorship belongs to the authors of articles. Nonexclusive right to use the content of the Journal belongs to ITMO University as the owner and editor. Republication and quoting of content for educational or research purposes are permitted only with full indication of the source and permission of the copyright holder.
The content of scientific journal Processes and Food Production Equipment – is distributed under the Creative Commons license – “Attribution Non-Commercial No Derivatives” (cc by-nc-nd). The articles published in the Journal are allowed to reproduce in their original form only. Modifications of any kind are possible upon editorial board permission.
