On the basis of the semi-empirical theory of turbulent transport and the law decay of turbulent fluctuations in the fourth degree in the thermal and diffusion layers surrounding the yeast cell, the possibility of solving the problem of heat transfer and mass transfer between the cell and the culture fluid is shown.
