In this work the method of determination of intensity of carbon dioxide allocation by vegetative production depending on the maintenance of this component in the surrounding gas environment is offered. This method is based on sealing of samples of vegetative production in measuring system and registration of change of the content of carbon dioxide in its gas environment by means of IR-spektroskopy.
