Belova A.Y., Murashev S.V., Verzhuk V.G.
The earlier prognosis of properties of fruit production is possible on the basis of researching of pigmentary structure of plants leaves. The negative conditions of environment influence on condition of leaves and content of pigments. Function of the photosynthetic apparatus is closely combined with antioxidizing potential leaves, the formation of necessary complex of substances for formation of high-quality plant production starts from. Largely synthetic and antioxidizing potential of plants leaves connected with carotinoids, which serve not only as additional light-harvesting pigments in area of badly chlorophyll absorbing (450-570 nm) but also providing as multi-action protectors.
