Technology of reception of vegetative lecithin (phosphatide concentrate), consists of extraction refining of vegetative phosphate [1]. In connection with development of extrusion agglomerations for removal solvent from phosphatide concentrate [2], mathematical modelling of current of nonnewton liquid in extruder channel is executed. Current in an aperture of a matrix defines a level of pressure in extruder [3]. In work the description of reological properties of phosphatide concentrate for current through a round cylindrical aperture of extruder matrix is presented.
