Antioxidant properties of fermented milk product with germinated barley grain.
The article presents data on the antioxidant properties of functional fermented milk product with germinated seeds of barley, obtained experimentally by DPPH. Proved an increase in antioxidant activity of fermented milk product with germinated corn compared to dairy products, enriched grains.
