Part 2. Development of software of videocomputer device

The choice of methods for digitizing, improving and reconstructing image is scientifically based. The choice of methods for image segmentation and fish species recognition for the purpose of measuring its basic morphological parameters is scientifically based. Thesequence ofdigital video processing by computer algorithms histogram equalization, filtering, dilation, search paths, fills, subtraction images, closing the loop, sample strips highlight areas and calculate the coordinates of head of fish are analyzed. Promising methods of pattern recognition fish based on neural networks for measuring its morphological parameters is described. The results of module operation are demonstrated.
