The influence of a biomass of selections of mode on of accumulation the process of bakery yeast of a biomass
The cultivation of bakery yeast by biomass accumulation with a constant supply air and periodic selections of biomass is considered in article. The purpose of these researches is the studying of influence selected biomass of quantity of bakery yeast on biomass yield. The optimum size bio-mass of selection is defined.
