Investigation of the heat treatment process of sausages by infrared radiation

Heat treatment process of sausages by infrared radiation is investigated. The factors most influence on the heat treatment are obtained. Regression equations to calculate the time cooking sausages infrared radiation at selected process parameters are obtained.
