Research on the creation of an efficient burner for thermal food processing plants

In order to improve the efficiency of gas combustion and reduce the size of heating equipment units requested to burn the gas in a mixture of ionized acting on it by the electric field. At the same instant in entire volume of the furnace at any point Coulomb forces come into repulsion, which destroy the cluster structure of the combustible mixture. at the expense of intensive mixing process occurs simultaneously burning torch, a significant increase in temperature and increasing its luminosity. Heating the working surface is to a greater extent due to radiation in the infrared, visible and ultraviolet spectrum than by convection from the hot gases. Number of carbon monoxide is reduced.
