The chemical composition of fennel storage frozen
Fresh herbs fennel has a high nutritional value and has many medicinal properties. However, to keep it fresh for a long time is not possible. This raises the question about the possibilities of processing fennel. The paper considers the possibility of freezing and subsequent storage in the frozen state. The data of the chemical composition of the frozen fennel show changes in the content of nutrients depending on the retention period. The work shows the influence of the studied sample and the content of biologically valuable substances in fresh form for subsequent changes during storage in the frozen state.
