Production of alcohol-free juice-containing beverages is at the stage of rapid growth in Russia as well as in foreign countries. This tendency is caused by an aspiration of an active part of population of developed countries to healthy life style. In the circumstances production of beverages on the basis of natural raw materials such as fruits and berries is very interesting.
