At present, the devices mixing  type find it is enough broad using for undertaking heat- and weight processes in different branch of industry, in particular food. One of the representatives device given type is Cyclone -foamy device (CPA), in which is realized mode, so named, dynamic spume. For undertaking calculation these device necessary knowledge values to surfaces of the contact of the phases. In work is brought theoretical description of the value to surfaces of the contact of the phases, forming in mode dynamic spume.
