The work deals with the brief analytical overview of the scientific researches in the area of extraction of target components in a system of solid body – liquid and to the methods applied to studying of these processes. The new approach for studying of these processes is proposed and considered. The method is based on the physical law found by the Greek scientist Archimedes. Studying of kinetics of processes is performed in a real time during the course of the process by registration of a change of the pushing out force acting on a body dipped into analyzed liquid (extraction solvent) as a result of a mass transfer process.
