Study of the resource-saving process of the bread-cuting.

In the article, in which the experimental studies are generalized, the authors pose and solve the analytical problem of mechanical processing – cutting into pieces bakery articles during the imposition of the vibration to the knives, that makes it possible to determine the necessary cutting forces, rational frequencies and motion amplitudes of knives from the point of view of the resource-saving, energy, labor expenses to the operation and repairing of the bread-cutting machines.
