Attention is drawn to the effect of a significant increase in efficiency of the heat of the device depending on the frequency of exposure to the flame alternating electric field. Moreover, the frequency of the electric fields should coincide with the frequency of the main tone of the flame, which implies allocation of additional thermal energy in heating of small volume, including in thermal units of technical means of food industry, trade and public catering.
