in an annular channel at bottling
Alexeev G.V., Lunyov K.N.
From the standpoint of resource-saving, serious problems for improvement of manufacture of gas-filled drinks arise at the stage of bottling. On one hand, uncontrolled speed and gas content result in unapproved pressure rising and drinks “splashing”. On the other hand – deliberately understated speeds of bottling slow down process productivity. One way to overcome the existing problems is automatic monitoring overpressure jumps owing to perfection of filling devices.
