Blancmange with radioprotective fillers

The composition of the new dessert development having radioprotective properties contains green tea extract and red wine that can display the radio nuclides from the human body, as well as strengthen its protective functions. It is one of the priorities reflected in the Government disposal Russian Federation "Principles of State Policy Russian Federation healthy nutrition for the period to 2020". The article analyzes the relevance of the production of products with radioprotective properties. Author proposes new functional dairy products, contributing to a better elimination of radionuclides from the human body. Also useful properties of some components, such as green tea extract, red wine, pectin, sea buckthorn syrup are reviewed. Author proves an influence of green tea concentration in the ratio to red wine on taste and flavor of the final product.
