BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF DRIED BIRCH BARK EXTRACT AND ITS APPLICATION IN FAT AND OIL PRODUCTS
Investigations of composition, biocidal and antioxidative properties of dried birch extract with high content of betulin that belongs to triterpene compounds, have been conducted. Prospect of the target use of betulin in fat and oil products during cold storage has been shown.
