Estimation viability of shoots apple-tree, pear-tree and processing cryoprotectors bird-cherry buds after storage in liquid nitrogen
The influence ultra low temperatures on viability grafts and buds fruit-trees after prolonged storage in steams of liquid nitrogen was studied. Processing bird-cherry buds before deep freezing in liquid nitrogen with different composition cryoprotectors permit to receive about 69 % viable plants after defreezing and germination on the light in vitro.In assessing the viability of kidney grafts and apples and pears stored in nitrogen vapor, positive results after grafting cuttings in the garden of mature trees. Of cryoprotectants used, increased the viability of bird cherry kidney was after treatment with 40% sucrose minutes. Grown plants from buds on a sterile culture medium MS allow to obtain further clean plant material, free from various diseases and viruses.
