One of the actual problems of the provision of need of the population in full-fledged, sound feeding is a provision his(its) broad assortment drink, containing required for vital activity of the person vitamins, in particular vitamin S. To such drink traditionally refer the drink, made on base citrus, in particular lemon. Introduces the expedient production of the fizzes of such type containing reduced pulp fruit. The Decision of such sort of the problems associate with some technological problem.
