Topinambur as mean of treatment and preventive maintenance of various diseases
Increasing consumptuon of sucrose during the last 50 years has led to sharp increase of diabetes’ incidents. Diabetes is one of the most actual problem in clinical medicine. Topinambur’s tubers contain a lot of insulin nature analogue –inulin (from 16—18 %), which promotes recycling of glucose in organism. Regular consumption of topinambur reduce the sugar maintenance in blood.
