Describes how to create and install the ultrasound to get sugar-free juice drink from the peel of a lemon. The authors proposed and tested technology of removing the bitterness from the Peel by cavitation treatment, thus reducing operation time for two orders. In further dispersing in water by ultrasound for 10 minutes is virtually sterile juice drink with moderate acidity and strong flavor of lemon.
