Technical decisions in laboratory-scale production of milk whey enriched by B12 vitamin.
One of the most important dairy industry present-day problems is still the milk whey utilization. This study discusses problems of realization of the B12 vitamin direct microbial synthesis process on the condensed milk whey, which allow to produce food products enriched by the functional components for medical and special nutrition with minimal costs.
