The urgency of the application of modern mechatronicalfood equipment in the fishing industry is described. The necessity of developing a module for weight measurement for food portioning mechatronical complex is considered. The structure of module for weight measurement is shown. The choice of load cell for development of module for weight measurement. The mathematical description of the force measuring load cell is considered. Developed by digital measuring and control device based microcomputer. Selected and analyzed by the methods of digital filtering of signal load cell. Shows a general view and working principle of module for weight measurement.
