machine short-time storage of fruits and vegetables a spherical shape
This article covers the basics of process cooling and storage of food, considered modes and apparatus for storing and concluded that the need to develop new equipment that combines compact design allows tion and minimize the loss of product storage. Described the construction of the apparatus that implements short-term storage of fruits and vegetables a spherical shape implements the problem by improving the design of the machine. Also calculated the thermal insulation required to maintain certain specific conditions of humidity and temperature in the chamber. During storage, there is a continuous heat leakage in the apparatus from various heat sources. Calculation of cooling capacity of the device allows to determine the amount of heat necessary to withdraw from the unit during storage of fruits and vegetables. On the basis of all calculations are selected dimensions of the developed system and the selection of the main and auxiliary equip-ment.
