Drying parsley leaves infrared
For the drying of plant materials in our country the most widespread steam dryers SPK-90, CSC-90, which are located inside the mesh tape, raw moves from one belt to another. The disadvantages of conveyor belt dryers include uneven warming of the material due to the difficulty in applying heat to the inner layer due to lack of mixing of the material. In the drying unit vitamin flour various modifications AVM-0,4, AVM-0,75, AVM-1,5, before being dried material was pulverized to a particle size of 10 mm. An experimental study of the drying process of parsley leaves isolated infrared wavelength depending on the height of the bed of parsley, drying temperature, heat flux density, distance from the infrared emitter to the product layer on the pallet mesh stainless steel mesh size of 2-2 mm.
