Choice of process control channels in the processes of food production
Technological processes of food production are complex multifactorial technical systems whose work is strongly influenced by various instrumental and technological factors.
In the development of systems of stabilization of output parameters multifactor systems should take into account a number of technologically limits change modes of control channels, which made control actions.
Hardware-technological analysis of multifactorial processes of food production showed that the implementation of a sufficiently high quality requirements stabilize humidity can be implemented using a multi-channel control system.
A procedure for the selection of hardware and process control channels multichannel processes of food production, taking into account possible changes in the parameters of uncontrolled disturbances.
