Cars and devices with pulse influence for the food-processing industry
Now productivity increase, power consumption decrease, increase of reliability of the applied process equipment is the major indicator of modern scientific and technical progress. Thereupon, search of the ways solving the given problem, is extremely actual. In work it is shown what considerably to increase productivity of technological process of processing of vegetables, crushing of food raw materials use of pulse influence and new abrasive working bodies allows.
