The peculiar features of drying fish in a heat pump dryer
Self-regulation of process of fish´s drying in the heat pump dryer is theoretically proved and experimentally confirmed. The regular rate of process of drying in dryer installations with the heat pump as a part of air handling system is experimentally confirmed.
