Modeling of the bread-cuting process
In the article considers the problem of slicing bread in the imposition of vibration to the knives, that makes it possible to determine the required cutting force, rational frequency and amplitude of motion of knives from the point of view of the resource, energy, labor expenses to the operation, maintenance and repair of the bread-cuting machines
