Osmotically associated water
The cooperation between water and dissolved not volatile matter decrease water molecule mobility, whereupon water molecule leaving is obstructed. It is the binding of water molecules, which brings to the appearance of osmotically associated water. It is the water which encased in hydrated envelopeor hydrophilic low-molecular compound.
